Homage to the universal values that draw people together and come from the soul. Aurora has created an important writing instrument that is also a symbol of piece and brotherwood. Pure passions, solid foundations on which to build present and future.
Its barrel is made in variegated marbled coloured material, specially made by Aurora for evoking the S. Peter Square's columns.
Its grip is made in metal with gold plated coating. The fountain pen is piston filled and features Aurora's hidden reservoir system, for two more pages of writing when the inks seems to have run out.
The gold plated cap bears two papal coat-of-arms.
On one side the eagle - the first symbol known to have been used by Pope Innocent III.
On the other, symbolizng the present Pope, the cross and the letter M, which stands for Mary.
The cap top is enriched by a cabochon-cut white agate.
XXV I. Paulus II is engraved on the ring between the clip and the head, in honour to the present pontiff.
For the most demanding collectors, the fountain pen is also available in a Special Limited Edition of only 99 pieces worldwide, with a solid gold cap, enriched by the rutile quartz set in the head.
