Design, project and engravings by Eliana Negroni, who has been working metals for years as she always looked at her father's doing as a master engraver; without casting or welding, meaning to have a more physical contact with them, a meeting-or-crush facing the energy of doing and tools towards their structure and substance.

Aluminium is an unusual metal for jewels, it's always glossy and bright, it doesn't oxidize, it's non-toxic, unalterable, and above all it's very light. And here, aluminium becomes a precious metal showing its extreme freshness, brightness and purity though the thickness of massive but light shapes, very easy and friendly in touching and wearing.
Aluminium jewels show effects and reflections made by engravings and combined hollowing: cad cam and numeric control milling on specific projects previously concepted, mixed to free milling directly operated at the mill or on the lathe and then finishing with manual engraved and chiselling effects.
