Dreaming Sunflower is an exceptional limited edition (only 230 pens worldwide) that pays tribute to the famous Sunflowers, one of Van Gogh's favourite subjects, featured in many of his works with vibrant colours and sinuous shapes.
Just as the dense, textured brushstrokes add movement and depth to the canvas, so the sculpted surfaces of the pen evoke Van Gogh's brushstrokes.
The barrel and cap of the Visconti Dreaming Sunflowers are made of micro-casted silver, onto which an enamel paint in sunny, warm shades of orange, yellow and green, has been applied.
Each pen is hand-painted, making each one totally unique and a true work of art!
The brush-shaped clip is micro-casted in silver and plated with yellow gold.
The central band is engraved with Van Gogh's signature enamelled in orange.
The preciousness of the pen is enhanced by its display case in the shape of a round frame, like the great paintings of the past (and like sunflowers).
