Repairs covered by guarantee are absolutely free; you'll have only the shipping cost to the Producer.
If the product to be repaired is out of the guarantee, you'll be informed about estimated timing and costs.
Please ask us for Producers' addresses and shipping instructions.
Giardino Italiano could arrange the receiving and the forwarding to Producers of products you have bought in our website.
Please inform us before shipping, and follow our instructions about packing, shipping and documents, specially if you ship from abroad.
Our service is free of charge, but we're not responsible for damaged or lost parcels outside of our office. We suggest you insure your shipping.
In any case, please remember to add a brief note describing the damage - even if it's evident - with your name and address or other indications.
